Android will warn "blocked by Play Protect" — tap Install anyway or go to Settings → Security → Install unknown apps → enable for your browser. We're not yet on Play Store; the APK is signed but unlisted.
First screen is the Language picker — pick English, Hindi, or Telugu. The whole app re-renders in your language.
Enter your 10-digit mobile number. You'll get an OTP via SMS. In debug builds the OTP also appears as a yellow banner so you don't have to wait for the SMS.
"Find a home you truly understand" hero + AI Property Assistant entry + Properties / Hospitals / Kirana / Services tiles. You're now a buyer by default.
Estimated time: 10 minutes. You'll touch the AI Buy Score, Doc Verify, Compare, Site Visit booking, and trust signals.
Tap the search bar on Home or open More → AI Property Assistant. Type: "Best 2BHK in Gachibowli under 80L". You should get 6 ranked properties back.
Tap any property. Look at the AI Buy Score gauge (should show a number 0-100). Tap it → breakdown sheet with 6 factor scores.
On the detail screen, look for: RERA Verified pill · Owner Verified (if seller did KYC) · Builder Reputation chip · Builder Response SLA · Fair Price chip · FTL/Buffer Zone banner (if applicable) · Utility NOCs row.
Should expand to show locality median and percentage difference. Should be coloured green (below median) or red (above).
Opens chart screen — 1y, 3y, 5y, 10y projections with confidence bands. Should also show net ROI after costs.
Scroll to Verify Documents button on property detail. Pick a doc type (Sale Deed, EC, etc.) → upload a sample document → see AI analysis with issues + risk score. Premium feature — first 3 free.
Go back to property list. Long-press a property card → enters multi-select mode. Tap 2-3 more cards. Sticky bottom bar shows count. Tap Compare → side-by-side view with best-in-row highlighted green.
Tap the ❤ on a property. Go to Favorites tab. Long-press → multi-select → Share Collection → WhatsApp opens with formatted property list + links.
On any property, tap Book Visit → pick date (next 14 days) + slot (10am / 12pm / 3pm / 5pm) → Confirm. Builder gets push notification. Track in Profile → My Visits.
From Home or More → EMI calculator. Drag sliders or tap to type. Pie chart updates live. Tap "Apply Home Loan" → form for bank referral.
More Hub → Heat Map. Toggle metric (Price · Growth · Safety). Tap a coloured polygon → locality detail with 5-factor scores.

Run a search you care about, tap Save Search. Toggle alerts. New matches trigger push notifications. Bell icon shows unread.

Profile → KYC. Upload Aadhaar front, Aadhaar back, PAN. Submit. After admin approval, the Owner Verified pill appears on every listing you own — automatically synced via Postgres trigger.
Profile → My Listings. See views count, lead count, status. Tap any listing → Edit / Boost / Mark Sold.

Have a buyer (or your friend on another phone) save / book site visit on your property. You'll get a push notification + see lead in Profile → Buyer Interest.
