Why we built BharatLocal

Indian real estate runs on opacity. Listings on big portals don't tell you whether RERA is valid, whether the builder has finished anything on time, whether the locality is rising or falling, whether the asking price is fair. Brokers are happy in that fog because it lets them charge 2% on a transaction they didn't really earn.

We thought a single mobile app could fix it — pull live RERA data from state portals, score every builder on public criteria, compute fair-price for every locality, let buyers compare side-by-side, give sellers a verified-owner badge so they're not mistaken for fake-broker listings, and give serious developers a real CRM at 1/4 the cost of legacy tools.

That's what BharatLocal is — buyers, sellers, and builders meeting on a platform where the math is shown.
