When a buyer taps "Contact Builder" / "Call" / "WhatsApp" / "Visit Request" on your project listing, a row is created in builder_leads. That row shows up in your inbox in real-time with a push notification.

Post photo updates of construction milestones. Every buyer who saved or inquired about that project gets an FCM push notification β keeps cold leads warm and turns serious buyers into repeat-checkers of your profile.
Buyers tap π Book Site Visit on your project page and pick a date+slot. The booking shows on your dashboard as a card with their name, phone, party size, preferred time.

Open the same Builder CRM signup screen. The plan card for the upgrade highlights. Tap Upgrade βΉ14,999/mo. Razorpay opens, you pay only the difference for remaining cycle. Pro-rating is handled server-side.
Blocked while you're on a higher plan and still inside the paid period. Backend returns HTTP 409 with message "You're on Premium until 15 Jul 2026 β switch will activate on that date." Set a reminder; when expiry hits, your subscription becomes Free and feature gates kick in.
During checkout, toggle π Auto-renew monthly. Razorpay Subscriptions takes over β debits your saved card/UPI on day 1 of each cycle and creates a new subscription row server-side. Cancel anytime under Dashboard β β Subscription β Cancel auto-renew. The current paid period stays active till expiry.
If a renewal charge fails, you get a push notification + WhatsApp + email. You have 3 days grace to retry from the app. After that:
